Jay Leno Joins FIVA Hall of Fame

On June 23, 2026, famed enthusiast (and comedian) Jay Leno was inducted into the FIVA Hall of Fame, in a ceremony led by Alberto Scuro, FIVA President, at the Los Angeles headquarters of Broad Arrow Auctions.

Mr. Leno and his collection are the ideal exemplars of what communicates to the greater enthusiast community in the United States the full range of historic vehicles within the FIVA umbrella. From completely original, preserved examples of automobiles, motorcycles and trucks, to "conserved" examples which have been well maintained and refurbished as required to factory standards, to vehicles fully restored to factory original-type specifications and finishes. Jay's collection also extends to "resto-mods", historic vehicles which have been modified from original construction with modern components and to newly-built vehicles, conceived from an original plan.

Mr. Leno's collection serves as a perfect platform from which to explain and demonstrate the benefits of correct identification and documentation of originality, modification and historical continuity which are at the heart of the work of FIVA. To this end, key representatives of important marque and model clubs in the United States, as well as other organizations, such as museums and the media were invited to share in the presentation and hear first-hand the goals and objectives of FIVA and to open the discussion on how FIVA might collaborate with their efforts.
